Lugol's iodine 5%

Lugol’s Iodine 5% is a solution of elemental iodine (5%) and potassium iodide (10%) in purified water. 1 drop provides ± 2.5 mg iodine (≈ 1 mg I₂ + 1.5 mg KI).

Instructions for use

Internal: only on the advice of an expert. Preferably start with 1 drop in water or juice, 2–3 times a week.
External: can be applied locally to the skin.
